What are your hours?
Monday and Thursday                                         9am – 9pm

Is financing available?
Free 180 day Equal Monthly Payment plans are available every day with approved credit: 12, 18, and 24 month plans are also available. It is necessary to come to our store to apply.  Please come to our store or call 717.665.5781 for details.

How can I pay for my new furniture?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or financing with approved credit.  A 25% down payment is required for all orders.

Do you have fabric and leather protection?

Yes, we’re proud to offer Guardsman Fabri-Coate protection.  Fabri-Coate increases stain and soil resistance, makes fabric easier to clean, and comes with a 10-year warranty.  We apply the Fabri-Coate treatment to fabric covered furniture before delivery, but also have self-application bottles available.  We sell Guardsman Leather Protection for self- application. Please come to our store or call 717.665.5781 for details.

What do deliveries cost?
Myer’s delivery charge is a $50 stop fee within a 20-mile radius (Zone A on our map) for any and all items being delivered on that stop.   As the delivery distance from the store becomes greater, our delivery charge increases.  See our delivery details in the ‘about us’ section of this web site.

Do you carry furniture polish?
Yes, we are proud to carry Guardsman protectors and polishes.

Are you open on holidays?
No, we’re closed for the celebration of most major holidays including: New Year’s, Memorial, the Fourth of July, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas days.

How can I dispose of my old furniture?
When you purchase new furniture, we will gladly remove your old furniture for you, but we charge a fee of $30.00 per piece for hauling and disposal.  A $50.00 per piece fee will be applied on all items removed that are not being replaced by new furniture.

Do you make repairs?
Yes, when able, we do in-house repairs on any item we sold and on all La-Z-Boy furniture (even if we didn’t sell it). Charges may apply and may vary according to applicable manufacturers’ warranties. Please come to our store or call 717.665.5781 for details.

Do you make service calls?
Yes, service calls are made for a base charge plus an hourly labor rate.  Labor, parts, and supplies may or may not be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  If not covered under such a warranty, charges for these are the responsibility of the customer.  If warranty work cannot be done in the home and the customer cannot bring the item to our store for repair, the customer if responsible for both a pick-up and a delivery fee.  Manufacturer’s warranties do not cover transportation expense or charges for same by our store.   Please come to our store or call 717.665.5781 for details.

What is your return policy?

No returns or exchanges on:  Any Cut and Custom measured orders (upholstery, drapery, flooring, etc), Delivery Fees, Packing Charges and Fabricoate Charges.

Within 10 days of pick-up or delivery, 100% Credit on exchanges of equal value less applicable fees.  No Returns or Exchanges after ten (10) days.  Customer will receive store credit on account for all balances remaining after exchanges of lesser value.  All store credit monies on account will be charged an annual fee of 25% of the original store credit after each 12 months of inactivity.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all stock items returned with receipt.  A 25% fee will be charged on all canceled or returned special orders. In addition, a 6% processing fee is applied on all credit or debit card refunds given.

All Cash & Carry sales are final with no returns.

There will be a $35.00 fee charged on any check returned for any reason.
